  confident advocacy and empowering legal counsel with integrity and
   business acumen. We wanted to set a new standard and model for the legal
    profession in Southwest Florida: a client-focused, service-oriented law firm.

After earning his law degree and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University, Jason Hamilton Mikes began his career in Southwest Florida in 2003, where he worked at local offices of large international firms. During his tenure at these firms Jason excelled in representing condominiums, homeowners associations, developers, and commercial real estate owners. He has advised hundreds of community associations on day-to-day and complex legal matters and served as counsel of record in over 1,000 mortgage and lien foreclosure cases in Lee and Collier counties. Jason has guided developers of residential, commercial and marina properties from project inception through completion and served as Florida counsel on several multi-million dollar, multi-state and multi-tiered sale and financing transactions. His clients span Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda, and Sarasota.

In 2011 Jason formed Hamilton Mikes P.A. in Naples, Florida. Gulfshore Business Magazine featured him in a 2007 article entitled, “Degrees of Success – When an MBA Can Help Professionals Master the Business World” and named him a “Forty Under Forty” recipient in 2009. Super Lawyers recognized him as a “Florida Rising Star” in both 2010 and 2011. In 2012, Jason received the Martindale-Hubbell® AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating (4.5 out of 5.0), reflective of the highest level of professional excellence. As a respected member of the legal industry, Jason is frequently invited to address college and trade groups throughout the region. He lives in Naples with his wife and two children and spends his free time coaching his children’s soccer and baseball teams.

AnnaDanielle Carter, JD

Attorney AnnaDanielle Carter earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Florida Gulf Coast University and a graduate degree in law from Nova Southeastern University. She brings more than 16 years of experience in the legal industry, with most of that time focused in the area of community association law. AnnaDanielle began her career as a paralegal for a local law firm, where she spent nine years assisting attorneys in the Community Association Practice Group and the Real Estate and Planned Development Practice Group. While at the firm, she supervised, trained and mentored 35 staff members from two offices. From there, she relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area, where she spent time as a law clerk for the City Attorney’s Office and the Inter-American Center for Human Rights.

After earning her law degree in 2011, AnnaDanielle managed Kelly Law Registry’s largest national account before becoming a contract attorney for Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP, one of the nation’s top 100 law firms. At Hamilton Mikes, AnnaDanielle is passionate about providing superior quality legal counsel to condominium and homeowners associations, country clubs and master associations with respect to day-to-day operational issues, including but not limited to, interpretation, enforcement, amendment and revitalization of governing documents, collection of delinquent assessments, and evictions.

Active in the community, AnnaDanielle is a member of the Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc., the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and has served as a volunteer for a local animal refuge center. As a caretaker for loved ones suffering from severe traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, lupus and leukemia, she is a dedicated advocate for patients’ rights.
